The supplier selection and coordination is a crucial aspect of my role as a wedding planner. I work closely with couples to understand their specific needs and preferences, and then leverage my network to recommend suitable suppliers for their wedding. This includes venues, caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, and more. I consider suppliers experience, style, availability, and budget compatibility. Once vendors are selected, I negotiate contracts and manage all communication between the couple and vendors.  I serve as the main point of contact for vendors, streamlining communication, and addressing any concerns or changes that may arise.
